Goal: To sustain accountability practice, citizen voice, and responsive governance for shared water security
The current Fair Water Future Program is in the third phase of implementation, funded by the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation through Water Witness International (WWI). Building on lessons from previous phases, the overall goal of this program is to sustain civil-society accountability practice and amplify the voices of marginalized people to drive improved and responsive governance for shared water security - a fundamental requirement for social justice and inclusive economic progress in Tanzania. The two-year program runs from July 2022 - June 2024, targeting to deliver on the following four outcomes.
