With over 7 years of experience working with communities, focusing on promoting effective responses to climate change, empowering women and youth economically through employability skills model, specializing in Gender- Inclusive Approaches by emphasized Women’s participation in decision-making and advocate for sustainable use of water resources. John has extensive research experience, particularly in issues related to accountability and climate change. He has participated in various research projects in Tanzania and outside. He has worked with both national and international organizations, including Tengeneza Generation, Waridi (USAID), and Raleigh International Tanzania.
