Mwajuma Salum Basho is a social scientist who worked on several funded research projects in Tanzania. She has also served in academic positions in higher learning institutions in Tanzania, such as the University of Arusha and the University of Dar es Salaam. From 2021 to 2023, Mwajuma accumulated valuable research experience as a Professional Research Fellow for the Accountability for Water Research Programme in Tanzania. She is currently working as a Research Officer at Shahidi wa Maji, exclusively dedicated to the Accountability
for Water Research Programme II, which endeavors to deepen knowledge through action learning, lifting lessons for uptake and securing a strong legacy of accountability for water Tanzania, Kenya, Ethiopia and across Africa.
